Thirty four poems (although only 31 are numbered) containing various themes of courtly love. Poems make frequent use of the couplet and iambic pentameter, typical of 'heroic' verse. Poem 31 mentions the death of a queen that is possibly Mariana of Austria (1635-1696). Poem 9 mentions the year 93 (possibly 1693?). Many of the poems have corrections.
